FTP Customer Support

I really want to like FTP. I like the GUI, Rush and the fact you don't have to wait 48 hours after depositing to cash out or transfer winnings to another player.

My dislikes: $2,500 MAX checks, checks ONLY and customer support

I emailed support last night three times around 3 AM and they took over an hour to respond. Stars responds a lot faster than that.

Wow - you should feel lucky as hell. Just over an hour?? That is fast. They usually take days for me - or they don't respond at all.

An hour is fast for FTP. As for your cashout options if you make a small electronic deposit you'll get electronic withdrawal as an option.

I've made a ton of electronic deposits. I recently verified my ID and address and still only the check option is available. Is this odd?

Yeah it is. I haven't mad a withdrawal in 2 months but last time I did I had the electronic withdrawal option. Could be an issue with that method at the moment I suppose. Ask support why you don't have that as an option. Last time I did it total time from request to it hit my bank was 3 days. Last paper check I got only took 7 though but that was back in April/May.
