FTP BLT Crashing? I am not playing in the BLT on full tilt but when I tried to open the tourney lobby my software crashed 2x on 2 different computers. My friend who is playing in the tourney is having the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

Yeah, I tried to find my seat, but for some reason the player list will not even load and I am just being blinded off. It's pretty frustrating because I really wanted to play in this tournament, and now at best all we will get is a refund. It's absurd really, I think this is a big fail for FullTilt.

big little pathetic joke That was a waste of money. Ft should give back my money and pay me for time. It lagged so bad I couldn't see cards half the time. Totally impossible to multi table. It took forever to go from table to table. That was a pathetic attempt.

FTP doesn't care about players. Think about it-their rush game was created to generate more rake. Their multi entry was created to generate more rake (see a pattern?). Pokerstars has homegames which generates no more in rake than normal games but allows players to have fun, play with friends and be loyal to pokerstars. Full tilt support took 5 days to respond in my last email. I emailed full tilt about rakeback and they said they would ignore all emails about the matter after 2 emails and miscommunication between them and my rakeback provider. Ignore further emails? How smug and arrogant are they? Pokerstars support took 5 hours to respond. Clear and cut pokerstars cares much more about the players.

Epic Blt fail. Had 3 entries was able to find one happened to be at table 5 and only found it cause i started at table 1 going down the list. It looks like there was around 4600 tables for 100,000 people when there should be well over 10,000 tables. Pretty much seams as though half the tourney couldnt get their table. I plan to send an email. Looks like they will be getting a hell of a lot of them. Hope the bastards can at least give entries back, other wise they can suck it.

I for one already made the decision to never play there again before this, I sattied in with the last of my FTPs, and transferred my funds to a friend. I think it's likely that several other people will follow me. The tournament should have been canceled the first time it crashed. It's totally inexcusable for them to collect anybody's money when it was impossible for most players to play. |

I played in it, but didn't have any problems. Most of the people at the tables were disconnecting/reconnecting tho. Seemed like 1/2 the field was sitting out. Also think it was the biggest tourney ftp ever ran in terms of entries. 100K.

I hate the people saying what u expect with 100,000 entries. Well ft set it up so they would get that many. They guaranteed it! So they should have been ready for it. Its a pathetic epic failure and I'm still pissed. I had to stop playing poker for the day cuz I couldn't help but tilt after that headache!

Big Little Tournament Problems January 30 I was registered for the BLT today too, but when I couldn't sit down at the table. The lobby popped up as it normally would, but there was no 'Take Your Seat' button available. My name was on the list of players, and I was able to find it under my 'Registered In Tournaments', yet I couldn't play. I ended up blinding out and I have no idea what place I was in, but I e-mailed them about getting my entry fee refunded so hopefully that goes smoothly. I was hoping to find some other people who might have also had trouble with the BLT today and get them to post their problem in detail. Hopefully we can submit this thread to Full Tilt and make sure we get compensated. Strength in numbers haha. Thanks in advance

re: FTP BLT Crashing? poker I had registered for 3 entries. Only 1 showed up. Clicked on the Show my entries, and only 1 showed in there. I sent an email to Full Tilt support, waiting for a response. I would like to get my other two entry fees refunded. If they can't manage that, i just will stop putting money on there and stick with freerolls on tilt, and put my money on Pokerstars

BLT Refund? Hey guys, I know a lot of people had trouble playing in the BLT yesterday, including myself, and I was just wondering if anyone has received a refund from FullTilt yet. I'm not even sure that we will receive a refund, but I sent them an e-mail because I couldn't even take my seat in the tournament yesterday, which was pretty frustrating. I figure the least they could do is refund my buy-in, but I'm not sure what their policy is about glitches. Any input would be helpful.

re: FTP BLT Crashing? poker I agree with marginal, and afaik this only happened one other time when they were doing the world record event, but I don't think it was this bad. I am sure for those really affected, they will refund your money. It is just going to take some time to review the probably thousands of emails they are receiving. Shit happens.
