FTP block my account

Hi, FTP block my account, because my brother and I have the same name. We use the same computer and I think that they block my account by the same IP adress in my computer.

We send differents documents like ID, bills payed, passport, etc to prove our identities but FTP don ' t active my account yet.

A question for all:

What can I do? wait until FTP reopen my account or open a new account sendin my documents ???

NOTE: only my account was close, and it have $$$, my brother account is open yet.

Dont open another account it will only cause you further problems.

Wait for FT to investigate.

What sort of timescale are we looking at here?

If you sent the documents off to Full Tilt less than a couple of weeks ago, don't expect them to have sorted it by now because they have a habit of being really slow with these things.

I suggest playing on another site till they sort it out.

In know it's frustrating, but the suggestion to wait is the best. Especially
when contacting support by phone is nearly impossible. However, I would definetly continue sending emails, afterall, thats the only means of communication with support. The more you send, the more likely you will get this issue resolved. GL m8!

Wait, was your account the one with rakeback or was that your brothers?

I would email them and call them all the time to get this straighten out, if you don't harass them it takes for ever or do like the others say and just play on a different poker site for now. Playing on your brothers won't help since all the money is on yours.

It should not be a problem if u have send them documents showing that u are not multi accounting but it will take some time since FTP are slow at this things..I agree with other that you should play on other sites until this get fix.

I m very happy, because FTP reopen my account and my money is back.
