Anybody else not getting an update on their page since 5:09 PM.
I completed a challenge and I wanna work it again, but I can't get it to update !

Yes, it's been running slow. I noticed the same thing last night. This morning it's still only updated through Challenges were last updated on: Jul 15, 2010 5:50 PM EST. Good to know it's not just me.

Yeah sometimes it takes a year for the ftpa page to update, for cash game challenges i am not even sure if rush poker tables work for them. i did one and it didnt work for me so i had to do regular cash games.

Seems they changed the Academy page. And you can't swtch challenges until you complete current one???

Rush tables don't count, I've emailed them about it before.

Try switching to your next Challenge. Usually updates after 4-5 hours after the tournament/ring game has ended.

I can't even switch challenges,,,and the check details link for the current challenge is no good.

I don't know if this maybe relevant becuase I have the italian page of the academy. Anyway they have redone part of the grafic, layout is slightly different, maybe it is what caused the stall. I am trying a challenge and it progresses as usual.

Just so frustrating. Since they made the changes, I can't change my active challenge. See the challenge and task details. I even have my academy up on my view on full tilt and that shows nothing. Yea well !

Sounds like you should writer to support, PlayerPlayer AA. I wrote to them a couple of days ago about a different matter and they responded within minutes.

I did, I'm in contact with them, had to send them a screenshot. Its like my whole academy froze. And I'm just a few credits short of getting the full tilt Chia pet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Cha Cha Cha Chia

What do you all think of the new look Academy?

One feauture I like is that it tells you how many times you have completed each challenge as there was no way of knowing unless you kept track of it yourself before.

Wasn't too keen on the new look of it at first but starting to get used to it now.

Have to agree, it's nice to see how many times you have done a challenge and i like the... u need x more points to claim this prize.
