Frozen account at Pokerstars

Myself, and my wife have an account with pokerstars on the same pc. today they sent me an email saying they needed to verify us which is fine, but I would like to know if I will be getting my echeck cashout?

I cashed out on Saturday, and my wife cashed out on Friday. It said that the money was sent to my echeck account... So, does this mean they already sent it, or they will stop it? It was processed, and then today got the email saying it was sent.

I can't even log into the game server right now, and I am pretty worried they are going to screw me on this one.

We don't play together at tourneys, or any place else. just play at seperate times (which I thought was ok). Thanks for any insight.

If you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to fear.

I presume they requested IDs or suchlike, as long as they get them then there shouldn't be an issue.

Would they look at his hand histories to see if the place was the same? If not why couldnt I create 2 accounts, then when they asked send them my girls id? Just wondering.

My husband and I both have our own accounts at pokerstars and never had a problem.

I do know that echeck and pokerstars were having problems and pokerstars did issue a statement today saying that if by the end of the day, the 12th, echeck had not paid out, pokerstars would be reimbursing the funds along with offering bonuses for those who have been waiting for echeck withdrawals.
