forget titan!

I recently had a small problem with a withdrawal for just a few hundred bucks.I didnt think much for a dat or two ,but on the fourth day I contacted a support tech 'clint' and was not only given very poor and useless info the guy was a complete jerk about the whole thing.He acted like I was calling him at home.I did get better info the next day but not close to what i wanted to hear.Fifth day still pending.

What method of cash-out did you use, if you don't mind me asking?

Were they freeroll winning's by chance? Have you made a deposit there? That can effect how you are able to withdraw funds.

Titan has been Great to me! I tried to cash out and they denied me. I won all my money from a $25 bonus they gave me and never made a real money deposit. My First MTT WIN!!!!! I got a nice E-mail because I didn't have enough I-points. So I needed 1500 points. I got them, then they let me cash out. If you had a bonus or never made a deposit this might be the reason. Also what juiceeQ is trying to say is that you can only withdraw how you deposited. I wanted to withdraw to my Neteller account and they wouldn't let me. It had to be a bank draft(check in the mail).

Well, different withdrawal methods take different amounts of time. The bankdraft for example will take the longest time, while Neteller is probably the fastest. And of course, Sammy, you are 100% correct in that you must have met your raked hand requirements if the money you want to withdraw is bonus money.

I love Titan. At other sites I lose my bankroll in 2 or 3 days. At Titan it takes up to a week sometimes.

Titan is fine for me, one of their guys even rang me up and after his pitch he informed me that he had just put 7 pounds/12 dollars/10 euros into my account simply for calling me.
That was on top of my 100% 1st time deposit bonus.
Of course i told him to call anytime day or night if he ever wanted to just chat or anything.

i used firepay.But the deal was jerky boy saying I TOLD YOU 2 TO 3 DAYS !And this was the fourth day.I asked him if it was them or firepay because I was fairly new to both,nothing.The next day someone else informed me that firepay took 6 days and that was on top of there 2 TO 3!And thats fine ,just tell me ya know.

That's unfortunate that you had such a time w/ their support. I have always gotten exceptional service from them. It looks like you were lucky enough to get the jerk of the place! That's too bad, because there is nothing like bad customer service to turn you off of a place. But I can tell you that that probably isn't the norm (at least judging by my experiences).
