First PokerStars Tourney Win

Well, I got home late tonight from bartending, decided to play a couple SnG's before I went to sleep, just a $1, nothing big. I ended up making my way through one of the 45 person tourney, got down to 3 people, we all had about 20,000 in chips, I ended up gaining a big stack pretty quickly from there and never looked back. First big win on PokerStars (OK, by big I mean the incredible $14 first place prize, but considering what I had on PokerStars before, its a lot). Still in the other SnG, final table, really shorted stacked, but we'll see what happens.

Nice one estelle.
I try since a few days to win one of those : reach a lot of final tables but still finish 2nd to 7th.
Those are really hard to go right to the end so really a great job

Crash at my place? Let's see, the one slight problem would be, well, everyone have to sleep outside.

Definitely when the CC Vegas trip happens,we all need to get together. Can't wait to play a live game with people from CC.

Congrats Estelle! Back when I started on Stars I went on big run winning these $1 45ppl SNGs which really helped start my BR there. Hopefully you have the same luck!

Yea, the $1 45-person SnG's seem like the best way to make easy money on PokerStars, so, I guess that's the plan.

So, I just got home about a couple hours ago, from working, and the going out with some friends, and then playing in the casinos for an hour. In that hour of play, small stakes cash tables I won about $50 (which, for me, a lot of money these days, lol), so I guess I'm just on a real good roll. And when I got home, decided to play another one of the PokerStars SnG's that I've been having a lot of good results from.

Won my 3rd (out of 5 I've played) 45-person-SnG in the last 24 hours.

I really think I need to rename this thread to just Estelle's Pokerstars Tourney Wins and leave out the first part.

I gotta say winning 3 out of 5 of those tournies is pretty impressive, I've always found them pretty easy to hit the money, but I always manage to bust out at some point nad not win, congrats
