A few questions

I was going to buy small stakes hold'em by miller/sklansky/malmuth because i'd read some really good reviews but then i heard that is was mainly focused on limit hold'em and wasn't much use for no limit is this true? also, which book is better for the math side of poker- texas holdem odds and probabalities by hilger or the mathematics of poker by chen? If anyone could help i would grateful.
