| The Ferguson and rakeback Hello all, just had a question pop into my head as I'm playing The Ferguson. Does this tourney affect rakeback negatively as does a freeroll? I'm sure it does not help conrtibute because there is no rake paid for this one, but since it is a buy-in tourney I's assume there should be no negative impact. Anyone know? |

| Thanks again guys. I already had most of what Shady said figured but was really asking what impact, if any, does a non-guarantee, non FTP tourney that takes no rake, but is also not a freeroll have on your calculated rakeback? I'm thinking that it does not have any effect on rakeback, but was wondering knew for sure. |

| It's a 500 dollar guaranteed tourney. If less than 500 people enter it affects your rakeback. The overlay is generally met in the Ferguson. Last tourney 3000 people entered. non-guaranteed tourneys have no affect, because there is no added money. The daily dollar is one of the tourneys where the overlay isn't met and it affects your rakeback. Tho it would be an extremely small hit. It's a 10,000$ guaranteed tourney and doesn't get 10,000 people. It usually gets 8,000 people. It's also a much better tourney than the Ferguson because you're deepstacked. So I guess the answer I'm seeing is that if the overlay on the Ferguson is met then there is no effect on rakeback whatsoever.? |

when the overlay isn't met it'd be (prizepool divided by # of entries) and that would be taken out of your mgr. |
