| European Poker Tour Berlin Robbed -March 6th -Six armed men stormed the Grand Hyatt Berlin and made off with around €800,000 - Fortunately, nobody was seriously hurt, there was about 22 players still left in the tournament -A bystander video of it can be found YouTube- EPT Berlin Armed Robbery FULL TAPE 2010 I didn't hear about this until recently but its pretty scary that 5-6 men can rob a casino in the broad daylight, as far as I know they haven't charged anyone with the crime. This incident might have an impact on the game of poker but most likely not that big of a deal, especially because nobody was hurt. |

| I heard about this on cnn a few days ago and must say..(thats a damn shame!)How in the world does a casino get robbed during a poker tour let alone in broad daylight!Where in the world was security?I seriously don't understand how they even made it out the parking lot.Glad nobody was hurt tho because believe me when i say it could have been a whole lot worse.I also understand they caught a few of these fools and are looking to find the other participents.I hope they find each and everyone of you and toss the book at ya! |
