Easy stack-building

Pokerchamps has re-started their freeroll schedual and now has freerolls running 24/7. They are low on winnings: 20 places paid (20-19 get 0.50 USD, 18-4 get 1 USD, 3 get 2 USD, 2 get 3 USD and 1 get 4 USD).

The easy part comes when you look at their normal tournament structure. They have regular 1 USD tournaments as well. Winnings are dependant on number of entries, but they guarantee a set amount all of May. (75 USD in the 1 USD tournaments). If less than 45, 5 places are paid, if more than 45, 9 places are paid (roughly 20 USD to the winner and 2.50 USD to number 9).

Playing those freerolls can be a wench, i know! Pokerchamps has an interface allowing up to 4 games simultaniously, so you can basically slave at it for a relative short time before switching to money tournaments.

So get in the money playing a freeroll (below 18), re-invest in a 1 USD tournament and you're on the fast track to a free stack. Most of the tournaments have decent opposition, but arent overly hard.

When you have a small stack, re-invest in the Gus Hansen tournaments. 10 USD ones running daily with decent payouts.

I started on Pokerchamps as a training excercise on monday and are doing the money tournaments now. My current setup is one 1/4 of screen to a normal low limit table, the other 3 for various tournaments and S&G's. Easy pickings...!
