Negative. As earlier noted, they erased all my poker money four days ago and it's still missing. Three emails over three days have gone unacknowledged. This site is withering quickly due to non-support on their end. The baffling thing is, this is one of a network of poker sites which includes one of our favorites, Noble Poker. You would think the network administration would address whatever singular problems lie within Earth Poker. Last edited by RammerJammer : 26th April 2005 at 10:53 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

re: Earth Poker Customer Support I had this conversation at the table with Grumbledook yesterday. I don't know anything about ipoker (?). But I do know that CD Poker, Earth Poker, and Noble Poker are all run by the same host...Banner. The reason I know this is that my firewall interferes with some software downloads. I was unable to click and run the downloads directly from any of these sites. Each of them emailed me individually with the direct address for the download. All of the addresses started the same way..."http://banner...". For what it's worth. I don't pretend to understand or care about 99% of what goes on in cyberspace. I'm a "lightswitch guy"...when I flip the switch, I want the light to come on. Can't explain it, can't diagram it, can't wire it. Just consume it.

Just cause the software is hosted at the same place doesn't mean they are connected. Like ladbrokes and prima poker use the same software but are totally independant of each other. Could also just be a subdomain or something but straying from the point of the thread a bit here. I also have not used earth poker
