Doyles Room Sunday Grand

How do the feeders work for that tourny? They start an hour before I get home from work on Monday-Friday, and saturday night I'm usually out w/the wife. Just curious if they are worth the chance to stay home one wknd.

i've only played in a few. i've made it twice. top 100 get into the doyle grand on sunday night. i played the grand once, forgot about it the other time and got donked out by someone's really lousy hand. so i imagine its not a hard tourney to cash.

the blind structure there is horrendous though...its the type of blind structure that encourages donkish play

Read this thread for info on how to get a FREE ticket to the Doyle's Sunday Grand. I got mine last week and played in the tourney on Sunday -- a great way to try it out.

no not slow, there's 10 min levels, but, it goes 20,30,50,100,150,200,300, etc. like 2 hrs into a tourney, the BB is like 2000 with a 200 ante. yeah, its hitting everybody but that's pretty rough

re: Doyles Room Sunday Grand poker

These are fairly easy to get a ticket in as it only takes a few good hands and some patience to make it in the top 100. The play on Sunday can be a little donkish but thats what happens any time people get in the tourney for free.

^^i know its lame to reply to your own post, but hours later, i did remember to play in the sunday grand and i cashed it for 2.50, whatever place that is, 40somethin i think. what a donkfest that was...i think i played point and shoot the entire time.

at the same time i played the $500 bodog donk's delight fr and cashed that for the 2nd night in a row...which means it'll be another 2 months before i hit pay in that thing, i think for $3...so i'm rich...almost made me enough to get a big mac meal
