Don't use Full Tilt

Don't use Full Tilt. Their checks bounce. I recieved a $300 check that bounced over a month ago. Still no answer from Full Tilt.

Lol, thats the first time I have heard of a Full Tilt Cheque bouncing, Maybe it's because you got a Full Tilt check.

Granted this is the first one to bounce in 5 or 6 withdraws but its enough for me not to use them again. Just beware. I don't want to have to be the one that said I told you so.

this is scary if full tilt checks bounce then it is nearing the end of the world lol last year they made 4 billion dollars and they couldn't pay someone 300 dollars.

Thats not what they do... they dont bounce checks they deal 2 outers on the river.... thats what you need to be terrified of

Remember that PS & FTP don't write the checks themself. They have a payment processor do it for them and the checks are drawn against these processors. In the past there have been incidents where the processors have had their problems with the US gov and checks have indeed bounced (including PokerStars cashouts). So far FTP & PS have made good on all problems in this area, it would be suicide for them not to.

Yeah it sucks when it happens to you but work with FTP and they will make it right in the end.

Nevermind, that's from June of last year. Not the same problem. That was when the US government was d**king around with the poker sites. I couldn't find anything about bounced checks recently.

Generally these one off (as opposed to the wider issue addressed in the above link) bounces are nothing more than your bank refusing to process the check. It happens occasionally and people post these sky is falling threads and in the end they end up with their funds (and usually a little something extra from FTP).

I know its been harder to withdraw from FT. Tried the other day and didn't have the same options I had once used. Only way was wire transfer or a check. I had made several using e-check. Any one know why that's not available?

Does it say full tilt on the check? Everytime I use deposit or withdraw thru bank it says on statement, flowersforlove.com or lookgood.com, weird stuff like that, I always find it funny, my wife recently looked to see where I was depositing money and she couldn't figure out why I was going to lookgood or something like that. It was full tilt. I love it. Stupid laws.

Oh! that was bad! I feel for sorry for it! But i dont think that it is a major problem for full tilt. They are so familiar online sites , so they will take it is a serious one. i hope your problem will solve soon.!

my friends in real collected off 4 cheques but they are not cheques they are money orders which are better then cheques because the money has to be in an account to get a money order

full tilt has very good reputation and i dont think anyone would stop playing there because a new member with 3 posts says his cheque bounced

Cheque on that cheque date make sure you didn't deposit said cheque too late.

I would be worried more about your bank. Did they keep your check? Take the check to walmart they will cash it. I myself have never been sent a check from full tilt. I have received 3 from pokerstars. I was hoping to get a picture with pokerstars on the check. Of course it was from a different place entirely, someone noted this in an earlier post. I guess this way it doesn't look like funds from a poker site.

Good luck getting this resolved, I would hate to cash out and not get paid.

So how often would full tilt checks bounce? I think I'm going to cash out soon and I don't want anything screwed up in regards to checks bouncing.

Even if the check this guy had wasn't honored that is not the same as bouncing a check (or cheque lol).

Bouncing infers that there were insufficient funds in the bank and is a CRIME!

Oh, BTW, English may have started in england but it took Americans to perfect it.... boooyahhh
