yes it happens to me when I play for to long. I try to switch sites but then I will get bored again pretty quickly. The best thing to do is to take a couple hours off, then play again!

Boredom causes losses!
There is a good option in FullTilt I recommend to use it once you are bored: in the main menu go to Requests - Responsible gaming - Self exclusion.
This option let you to excluse your self for a while.

When I'm on the smaller sites I get sick of dealing with the bad software and trying to multitable.

Yes, I get bored with the same site. This definately makes my playing suffer. It's good to alternate sites not just for the software and scenery, but I like the way punters play differently at different sites. Eg: in my opinion the play is tight at Titan, loose at Party and just insane at Full tilt.
(Just my opinion)

Yep.
I constantly find myself getting fed up of the same surroundings at a poker room.
Easy solution, either switch your avatar, table type or table view. It'll be like playing a whole new site.

I also feel some times need a change of site even if do it good, is like going to the same restaurant every time for a long time, even when the food is good at some point you have the feeling to want something else, anything, just that be different please.

That's why i keep 6-8 different sites, every day can try a different one.

Even works if want to make a schedule of games, for MTT players i think no site have all the games/times that all need, usually find 2 or 3 games that like from sites, so take a couple of games from 1 site, take others from other site at different time and so on until you get your schedulle cover in times you want to play.

It works for me.

Never get borred of a site and get the games at times you want.

Yea I know what you mean. I've actually taken years off because of being bored of it.

I'm not sure where you're at, but try looking for something to supplement it. Personally I've found poker too stressful to be doing full-time, I don't naturally have a fun time with it (like I can't play 6-7 hours a day, at most like maybe 1-2).

Spot on Logan!
You just summarised every jumbled thought and opinion I had in regards to this topic! Lol, I would have been dribbling along for a whole page and my post still wouldn't have made sense if I'd tried to write that!
Lol, just gaggin! I totally agree with your post and I also use several different sites, choosing the games that suit me from each site. (including which promotion/bonus gives me the best current value of course!)

I feel you on the issue here. It's more like switching out of frustration on my end of the view. Mixing play on different sites though does seem to work.

Even though you are bored, you are still a winning player... tough call but if you are still winning stick to the site
