im sorry for being rude or maybe stupid! but! whhat???im confused dude

It looks like whoever said that has had his post deleted, either cause it was so dumb, or it had a link. It looks like a typical spam post.

But to get back to your question... I dont know.....lol.

Not trying to be a dick here, as it would interest me as well since I do the same thing. But I get a notice telling me how many $s my €s will cost, and dont see any other costs, so I guess next time I will make note and compare the exchange rate. If the exchange is fair, I guess just go on like that. If not, I will make a deposit in the currency I want instead of exchanging in the future.

Thanks for posting this. I do it and never thought about it.

ps, since I play after drinking binges sometimes, I can easily be one of the fishy players. But make sure to catch me drunk...............;)

When multi-currencies were introduced, there was an announced 1%(?) charge per transaction. I've since read that they only apply a charge if it appears you are using the service more than needed to fund poker play, but don't remember the source.

PokerStars waives the 1% margin when the currency conversion is used for playing the games, meaning that our exchange rate is effectively the same as the Reuters mid-market rate. PokerStars also waives the margin for deposits and cashouts made in US Dollars, Euro, British Pounds or Canadian Dollars.

Hope this info clears up any confusion.

One suggestion would be to visit the multi currency options,it lets your money from USD>EURO>USD automatically without having to convert manually.
Saves time+hassle (more time for multitabling)
