Do all people playing on different skins of the same network play the same exact same players? So for example if I sign up on Carbon Poker, will I be facing any/all of the players who play on Sportsbook (or Players Only or any other Merge site)? I guess I'm wondering if there's any difference in the competition from one skin to another. Thanks.

Skins with larger player numbers may have some tournaments which are exclusive to their members only, but the vast majority of games are shared. It`s very unlikely you would see any difference in the standard of play.

I'm a cash game player and was thinking specifically of starting an account on Merge and/or Cake. (I'm in the US so my options are a little limited.) Mostly just doing it for deposit bonuses. Thanks for the info!

sometimes skins have some bonus tables only for them like on mirogaming network, ipoker,everleaf

I like the Feltstars skin but it's part of Carbon poker. There are exlusive Feltstar tournies and then there are some bigger tournies where players from all Carbon skins will play.

Actually Bamboo they are all part of the Merge network, I believe Carbon may be the biggest, some of the other notables are walker poker, feltstars,Poker nordica,PDC and poker host to name a few, Each SKIn may have some of their own tournies but generally you will be playing with members of all the merge network.

I kinda thought this was the case and then one day my friend showed up at a table I was playing and he was playing at Carbon. I was very surprised.

There are actually 3 networks on the Everleaf platform some of which share some tables. At least one standalone room also uses a version of the same Red Planet Gaming software. Everleaf is unusual though.
