Devilfish (Entraction) and Windows Vista

I've had constant connection problems since I signed up, and contacted support as I know I have a solid internet connection, I can't believe that for one they do not support windows vista, and that it isn't more widely stated on their site, it's only once I've been folded out of big hands where I was very likely to win, that I was riled enough to email them in the end, this is the transcript from support

Go to the “start” button and select the “run” option
Type “cmd” and press ok
Black box appears, type: tracert (one space) and then the address of our poker site.

The first e-mail I sent, contained my computer specs, including running vista, my anti-virus software etc. Stating that my connection is A+, I run full tilt, partypoker, and racing game GTR2 with no problems, 10k hands and a merry round from support later, it seems the software doesn't support Vista at all?? Support haven't even advised me to use the browser software, which I will I suppose, but I hardly imagine that's as smooth as the day is bright, multitabling will be 'fun' I'm sure
