Deleting your account on Full Tilt? How do you delete your account on Full Tilt Poker? Awhile back, I created my FTP account, and then I created another one with a different name (because I liked that nickname better) a little while after.. but I had already started a small bankroll on the one I first started using. So, I never went to my new one. My question is.. is there a way that I can delete the newer account, and then change my original account name to that name?

I have 2 accs too, my main one was just for freerolls that I never won real money on, then my new one I made so I could get rakeback and a better name. You arnt supposed to have multiple accounts I dont think, so its best to just lay low and play the one you are playing now, dont email support or anything.... and definately dont play both of them just stick to 1. You cant delete accounts, they just sit there, just dont use it and pretend its gone I guess?

I think though if you explain the situation, and you are going to them that they will not delete both just one. I have read some of their forums and seen ppl with multiple accounts say they are closing. If you happen to need to cash out of there someday I think they will find the other and it will look worse. Do any other members recommend emailing full tilt as well or would that be a donk move? ^^^I have alot of em, lol

You are right, they probably wont lock both but you never know. If it was Stars, hells yeah you could email them and they would treat you right and "fix" the situation but its FT so I wouldnt risk it imo. |

Honestly, I doubt they'll do anything more than close the newer account. It's very unlikely that they'll allow you to change the name on the old account. I WOULD recommend emailing them though unless you're not being honest with us about never using the new account. If you've never used it or more specifically never used it unethically, you'll be in no trouble.

re: Poker & Deleting your account on Full Tilt? I agree with WV, if you have not been playing two accounts in the same freeroll or anything they would probably just close what ever account you want closed. They may ask for proof that the accounts are yours though. It would really suck if you had a big win and wanted to cashout, and they found the other account then. That is when they would lock both accounts and the money would be gone.

I had two accts, and was having some issues with transferring funds between myself and another player, I contacted FT and they told me that I had two accts. and that they were closing the one I no longer played on. So IMO if you are honest with them then they will be honest with you.

re: Poker & Deleting your account on Full Tilt? Got a response back. I explained my goof and situation, and they deleted my newer account, and kept my original account (Morticore) as it is. I was hoping to get my FTP name changed to Mortisaurs.. but they wouldn't do it. Hello Jason, Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support. Unfortunately, we don't allow players to change their Player IDs or create multiple accounts. Your Player ID is integrated into our system and allows us to quickly access your account information. Your Player ID is also your poker identity at the tables, and changing it would put others at a disadvantage as you would no longer be a familiar player. Please continue using your current account Morticore, as it is against our site rules for any player to create more than one account on Full Tilt Poker. The following multiple account has been closed: Mortisaurus To ensure a level playing field, our policy only allows one Full Tilt Poker account per player. We cannot allow you to use any account other than your primary account. If you would like a full explanation of our site rules, please visit our website at: Online Poker at Full Tilt Poker - How to play: Site Rules This closure applies to all versions of the Full Tilt Poker software originally downloaded from any of our .com, .net, or .org websites. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us. We're always here to help. Kindest Regards, Arielle Full Tilt Poker Support

okay YOU CAN DELETE ACCOUNTS i know this because i have deleted one. you cant change your name in them but u can delete the one you dont want. All you have to do is contact support via email, and ask them to close the account for you. DONT tell them u have a second because its a breach of the rules and they may close both, but tell them that you no longer use the account and wish to have the account closed, and perhaps in the future open another account. You will receive a confirmation email that ur email has arrived, and once the account has been closed you will receive another email saying the account has been closed~ I hope this helps
