For Danish and Swedish players

I'm not sure how many Danes and Swedes we have in the forum, but I just noticed that PartyPoker has two $50,000 freerolls on December 30th, one restricted to Danish players and the other restricted to Swedish players. There don't appear to be any other qualifications for participation. A great opportunity if you're in that part of the world!

It is a great thing hold em has become very big in the international community. With a down under world champion this year it will certainly help the popularity of holdem around the world...........Rock

Excuse me for not knowing but is there a reason why so many Scandinavians play online? Is it also true that many Americans do 'cause gambling laws are quite strict, apart from in Las Vegas of course?
