Damn freeroll put me on tilt!

I was doing well, until I went on tilt. So mad at myself, but hey thats poker!

When I am in a freeroll and I realize that I am on tilt, I find it best if I just walk away... go get me a drink... lie down for a minute and stretch. This way I can put everything behind me in the previous hours of play and come right back into the mix with a new attitude.

I guess attitude is everything!

if u want to go on tilt in freerolls best time is right at the start. rather than slowly building up for a couple of hours then get one bad beat and losing the rest with a poor hand

I played a sit and go tonight and went all in after the flop with three 4's, got called and my opponent had three Kings. I was down to just a couple hundred chips, won a small hand then got pocket rockets, all in after the flop then 15 minutes later I've won the little sit and go. It sure was a lesson to me to remain calm and play my game.
