| connecting from several locations ? hi, i ve got a question : i live in begium and work in the netherlands. My fantastic boss allow me to play poker (isn t he great ?) Now the question is : don t i risk investigation for connecting with different IP adress from different countries ? And if i do, could i see my accounts blocked for that reason ? Also, is there a way i can play the belgium freeroll while i m connected in holland ? i cannot register from here because server detects me in holland, but i cannot play the NL freeroll either as i m a belgian citizen. what would happen if i register home and try to play from netherlands ?? any help welcome |

| As far as I know, you can play anywhere as long as you have your log-on info, such as name and password. The sites know people play on laptops and from different locations. Besides, if you're behind a firewall, as you should be, doesn't that disguise your IP? BEFORE I firewalled, a hacker key-logger stoled ALL MY MONEY at Bodog. I asked Bodog to limit my play to my home IP address only, and they said they wouldn't do that, because people want to play on their laptops from various locations, and they really didn't have a way to make an exception for me. As to country freerolls, my guess is that qualification is based on where you registered rather than current IP address. But there's an easy way to find out. Ask them. Gary |

On the other hand, I had my neteller account suspended because I connected from work which gives me a IP address from the Netherlands. Nothing a quick phone call couldn't solve. |

| The only situation you need to be concerned about is if you play on a site and are travelling to a country that that site doesnt allow players from.. Ex: You live in Canada and love to play partypoker (which doesnt allow US players). If you travel to the US, I have heard stories of accounts getting suspended. |
