ClubWPT Concept- Thoughts?

Just signed up a couple of weeks ago and have already claimed $190 or so in prizes (plus come really close in a couple of TV tourneys ) I also have signed up for FleetStreetgames with some level of success.
Do you guys think this model (sweepstakes?) has longevity.
PROS- I do like the idea of knowing that my outlay is $20 a month only and that its (supposedly) legal in the US.
CONS- I9 form must be filled out before you can withdraw your "prizes"
I just wonder if these sites will stick around. I would do spadeclub also but unfortunately they don't accept players from TN
BTW player quality is not at the level at most pokersites
