Cheating at poker!!!!!

O.K. I have a problem here. I must admit I do not believe everything I read but this thing I found today on the internet has got me thinking. This guy has this E-book, I dont even want to tell the name cause I dont want to promote it. It says it gives you "techniques" on how to cheat at on-line poker. Can this be true. He is claiming that there is a way you can see your opponents HOLE cards on these pokersites. Party, Pacific, Intertops, Ultimate, Paradise, Empire, Ladbrokes, Royal Vegas, Gaming Club, and 7 Sultans. He has a screen shot of a game at Party with just the flop showing and all the players cards are exposed! He is also claiming that there is a way to "Make" an opponent fold even Pocket aces pre-flop. I dont know what that means. It costs 59.95 and he is saying if you don't earn 25,000 in 30 days you get you're money back. Can this be true or NOT! I sure would like to know if it is. As some of you know I am a beginner and I am beating my brains in trying to figure out how to play this game well. I dont want to lose to some cheater that doesn't even know how to play. I play pretty small stakes so I probably don't have to worry about it, but man, You guys on here play some pretty big stakes and this thing is just wrong. The screen shot he uses is a $10/$20 Holdem table. I wonder If anything has been done about this?? It says It came out in April of 2005. Let me know what you guys think and if you want the book and the author I can post it in a later post, I guess. I hope this guy gets nailed for doing this and gets stopped!!!

Look the software you are talking about is collusion software, you are supposed to be able to see anybody who is running that software's cards. Now even if it works right now it won't for long and plus after one session the card room would ban you! So don't do it if you want to continue playing cardsonline!

I am with you! Not an issue bro trust me Party the site which this software is supposed to work on is totally on top of collusion although they would never admit they caught someone successfully using the software. There will always be people who try to cheat in poker and the rooms will do their best to stop it.

I'm sure I've seen the same site you're talking about before, and I was pretty much certain that it was a scam as soon as I heard about it, and the way the site over-sensationalized everything just made me more sure it was a scam.

If i created a programn to see peoples cards in online poker would I be selling it for $49.95?

Actually I am familiar with this software, and for the first time I also share concern, but it is tempered concern.
He does need to sell the software as it is collusion oriented. It has an IM platform underneath it, so it show the desktop game of each user also running the software.
Which means the hands are decrypted (showing on your desktop).

One thing about collusion. Generally you have to be very good at poker to collude in a winning fasion. Folks that turn to this stuff, are usually not winning players. Collusion mathmatics make regular poker mathematics look easy. So, for the most part, colluders are able to lose more money per hour than they could lose playing regular poker.

So don't worry about colluders too much. The guys that are really good at it are playing very high.

Highly doubt it is the real thing due to the low selling price and the fact that if its just a screen shot it can be easily altered in a photo editing program...such as photoshop.! Just dont trust everything you see in the internet!!
