Carbon Questions

How come none of the buttons work on the Carbon interface? Cashier Deposit Admin Support, nothing at all is happening there. Also I was wondering I just started playing there, are there any tournaments you would recommend playing. I usually play in the $1-$20 range as far as buy ins go.

They work fine for me. Is this a recent thing that they stopped working for you, or have they never worked? When you click those buttons, it should open up a browser window on your pc. Maybe you were expecting a lobby-type window to pop-up, and missed the browser window?

No I just downloaded it from your link about 10 days ago. I have been fooling around on it, trying to get accustomed with it and decided to make a deposit last night. When I hit the deposit nothing happened. I had to go back to my welcome Email and go through that way. The only buttons that work are settings and store the rest are just not responding at all. Maybe I should uninstall and reinstall see what happens?

I actually listen to both of you and respect your opinions very much. I really do appreciate the advice and info I am receiving here. But no the browser is not popping up for the Cashier, Deposit, Player Admin, Support or Forum. They do pop up for Settings, History and Store.
BTW I was dealt 77 this morning and Shoved with it when I was down to 10BB's.
Got two callers Flop came 445, Dude shoves the rest of his stack in and is called by the other player. Dude that shoves shows QJ with a flush draw. Dude that called showed 66. I tripled up plus the blinds and antes.

Definitely sounds like a corrupted install to me. You should uninstall and reinstall. It won't affect your tracking status.

Check to make sure you have recent Flash, and Java included in your web browser.. Sometime when i used Mozilla it would tell me to download or i wasn't able to log and see the screen properly.

what browser are u using ?
try a different broswer
i.e. firefox or google chrome .

I use firefox. I just open a new tab myself and I have carbon bookmarked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it did not work so I just open a new tab. It is not hard

Does every ones carbon lobby look like this or is something wrong?
The deposit button on the bottom and the cashier button upper right do nothing. No browser opens up nothing. I have installed and uninstalled 3 times now nothing works. I can get to player admin by opening up a new window myself but it will not take me to the cashier that way.
How do I get to the cashier any suggestions

That's how it's suppose to look.

If you can get to your player admin, click the tab that says banking. From there, click the link for player admin cashier.

Yeah, that's how your lobby is supposed to look. Not sure why the buttons don't work however. They should be fully functional.

Not a computer genius but i would say that you have the pop ups blocked on your firefox settings....I would check your settings on firefox, sometimes if you block pop ups it will not allow some funtions to work. If not firefox check whatever your default is.

oh cool looks like you got it figured out but i would still check the above for future or if you come across other "buttons" that dont work

Try going to cashier first then deposit

It is probably either the popup blocker on your web browser or possibly the windows firewall. just change settings.

Of all the merge skins, carbon seems to have the most issues and worst customer support imo

Myself and lots of my buddies have switched to black chip (another merge skin), they have much much better customer support (answer emails within a couple hours) and also have higher rakeback deals if you know the right people and better/faster payout options
