ONLY visa, skrill (non-US) and direct transfer are accepted.
My account was flagged and disabled due to being from a forbidden Territory. (It's possible that I had my VPN turned on and set to a European location).
They want copies of my credit card bills and front/back of credit card and ID, just to reactivate the account.
What all this means is that CC needs to update Carbon Poker review to show more limited funding.
I am not likely to go to the problem and risk of copying and sending my ID for an account with 0 balance. I still haven't ever logged onto their client, so I probably never will.
