Hoping someone can help me here with this...
I play at Carbon, on an older MacBook laptop. Was still using Tiger but as of 1/1/15 Carbon says I need a newer version of the Mac OS X.
So I upgraded to Snow Leopard.
The upgrade went fine, many other Apps such as Spotify, etc as well as a couple other poker clients work fine after the upgrade with no issues. However, Carbon will not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, to no avail. Everything looks normal, i.e., the Carbon icon is still there in my Applications folder, but it just doesn't open.
If anyone has any idea why this is happening, I would appreciate the input. Carbon customer service has been responsive to my emails but not very helpful so far in terms of figuring out what is wrong.
