Carbon player admin bug?:/

OK,i have noticed that there's a bug when i try to check my acc to check my money balance or whatever...when i click at "player admin" i usually get a message that it can't be opened...so,i was wondering if any1 have the same problem or it's just me?..please reply guys

No problem from me.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Poker Client?

Well, I have had the same problem a few times but nothing that was ongoing. I could just wait a few minutes and it would usually go right on thru. Sometimes you just gotta wait for all the fun steppers to get thier coupons!!!!

There is a option now to can see your account balance in the lobby with out enter to player adm.

I don´t have this problem, but to me sound more a problem of your browser than Carbon Software. Player administration page is open on the browser. Check your options, addblocks, and what ever you have set, i use firefox and have no issues with that.

Ok,Logan tell me under which tab in the lobby is a shortcut to acc balance?

I know it's not the same site, but I was having issues changing my password at Cake. They would send me a link in my email, and it wasn't working, saying something like "Server Error". It turned out it was my browser (FireFox), so I switched over to IE and it worked fine. Might be the same issue here.

Also, for the player balance, I believe it's an automatic thing that came with a software update.

Actually, you can turn it off/on. So, from the lobby, go to "Settings" and under the "General" tab, down towards the bottom, "General Client", tick the box for "Show Lobby Balance". It doesn't open up a browser window, so you should be able to do that.

Click on "Settings" at the bottom of Main Client.

Under the General tab, In the bottom box "General Client" check "Show Lobby Balance"
