carbon hanky-panky?

I recently tried to open Carbon Poker acct. The asked for Identification and copies of both sides of ALL card i might use on their site. They than produced the last 4 numbers of 1c-card and 2 dbt cards of mine,cards i,ve never used on any Merge affiliate.Since than no response to 3 e-mails. My question: Has anyone else been asked for similar.

did you have problems with another site? maybe all the sites have/ share a database of possible scammers/colluders/fraudulent players....like real casinos?
also i see you play at cake...i think they used to be part of the same system as carbon...

Im as clean as a whistle. Never any trouble anywhere. only went to Cake last week after the big crackdown

It's not unheard of - I had to prove my ID aswell, no biggie.

Yeah I've had to provide like an ID before but never to this extreme, I can see why you'd be slightly nervous. I do believe there are a few Carbon reps on here though, I'm sure they'll help you out.

I had to provide the exact same thing in order to do transfers, it is not a big deal.

Non of this explains where they got card numbers ive never used for online gambling or why no response. A little respect would be nice.

Then why don't you go on the live chat with support if it is bothering you that much?
As for not responding to your email, they are a little busy, as I am sure most sites are, since 4/15.

I had a similiar experience with pokernordica,thet wanted copies of my credit card,front n back,which I never used at any merge site,or any poker sites,because I used usemywallet,for all my business.
I told pokernordica I had no intention of using my credit cards at their site.Recently nordica stopped taking usemywallet and wanted my credit card info again and I refused..so they closed my nordica account.So thats that.I did get my money off nordica beforehand,so its all good.I dont know why nordica stopped using usemywallet....most other merge sites take it.
But,if I had to use a credit card for deposit and withdraws,I can see the need for requesting my info,to stop stolen credit cards from being abused at poker sites....maybe the site pulled your credit history and know what credit cards you have already?

I play there but they didn't asked me for such a things :/....it's sounds pretty wierd i guess :/

I have never had a problem with carbon but definitely go to the live chat they are very helpful.
