Carbon Advice. Okay For Cashouts?

Thinking of playing a big game on Carbon today, but I haven't been keeping up with their cashout success or lack thereof. Anyone prithee to it today? I'm aware of the lengthy time it takes, but are your checks eventually coming and cashing successfully? No point in me redepositing if I can't bring it home.

I just requested a cash out from Carbon. I am expecting it to take 3-6 weeks.

My first Carbon cash out request since Apr 15. I do know someone who got a check last month, took his about 5 weeks.

BTW check approved 10/3. Will post when it gets here.

My last cashout from carbon took 4 days.

Being non US I used direct bank transfer to my account - no problem.

My last cashout to Neteller took less than 2 days. I think anything else than a check takes 2-5 days and it is logic.

Received and deposited check (ATM after work) on 10/6. I hope I did it fast enough to not bounce.

My cashout (2K) at PDCPoker.com:
Requested: 9/1
Approved: 10/3
Received FedEx: 10/6
Deposited at my credit union: 10/7
I was nervous about going inside to deposit, but it's a new account so I don't have my ATM card yet. But the teller didn't ask me any questions, about the check being from Canada. Couldn't have gone better. Hopefully won't bounce

Well, must be nice to have an approval, been 4 weeks as of 13th of oct and still no approval from Carbon, in thier latest email they said it could take the entire 6 weeks just to get approved, then would go into mail and for me not to worry, they state they have a long approval process, my question is how long could it be, I sent all the info been verified, my account says verification has been authenticated yet I am still waiting, oh yea the one thing I left out, it says I need manually approval whatever that is. Oh one more thing and to contact them when I reach 6 weeks if no check.

Update: As of today (10/17) my check hasn't bounced. My bank will make my $$$ available on 10/19. Fingers crossed! But so far so good and as they say no news is good news lol.

Funds were never on hold for me.

My last cashout took over 5 weeks now WAIT Im still in pending status. and the 6th week is in a few days. SO if your USA, id say NO WAY but others may repute this

I requested a withdraw from Hero Poker on OCT 8. Will see how long it takes, My last cashout from Players only came 10 days after I requested it, But that was on the casino side of the software.

OK I took the initiative and wrote them and told them this is way too long too wait. I told them I was just seeing if they were real or doing a full tilt money grab and said its looks like a money grab now and I dont know if I can trust Carbon. Told them that If I had gotten a real check all I was going to do is redeposit with them but now I dont feel like they are as trustworthy also asked them how they cna have banners up on forum sites talking new and improved customer service which I told them was the pits. ALso asked exactly what is the $15 fee for if they cant handle sending a measly small check and told them you noticed my play has dropped to almost nothing on their site since this started

I almost had this same letter with Full tilt last year and if it works as as well as it did on FT, I will probably get Carbon banned hopefully not MErge banned, that seems to be the way it operates, HEY LIL MAN SHUT UP AND WAIT AND IF YOU ASK FOR MONEY WE WILL PERMA BANN YOU , thats the Full tilt treatment I got last year and I was so mad at the time but I guess it was gift in disquise. COuldnt even open FT account in wifes name cause of the IP and same bank account

Well the said they sent the letter to the dept that needs it which is porbably security to check every cent I made to make sure those 2 or 3 MTT that I made enough to get withdrawl were on the level, (I can hear security now) I DUNNO HE PUSHED ALL IN WITH AA near the bubble something aint right about that, BANN HIM KEEP HIM MONEY. Sorry since the FT incident last year, and cake banning me for a few day for the international negative database (remember that no one knew what it was even the folks who banned me) hasnt made me trust these site too much

OK still no check and now carbon has stated they are going to take 8 weeks now, when does it stop with the excuses and give me my money.

Is there a fee to withdraw from Carbon? Had withdrew from a few smaller Merge sites and was charged 15.00. Thought I heard Carbon would wave the fee if they are not frequent withdraws?

Well after some back and forth they decided they had all my verification info and then decided they didnt. To be honest I cant remember i verified with this site, I thought I handled all this when I first signed up giving them photo id and all and then I used ewallet since I couldnt get any cards to go thru last year.

OK FIRST OFF its been over 6 weeks and when exactly was carbon gonna contact me about this.

NOw we have to verifiy I dont have any outstanding problems on this site (who knows how long that takes) but as they said its all a gogo now but I DO THINK I AM GOING TO GET THIS CHECK which will be nice so I can put money back on carbon with good faith. NOW IF THIS CHECK IS RUBBER Ill post it. But first I am still waiting for them to make sure my account is clear to send which should take all of 1 second but I bet will take another 3 weeks

SO AT THIS MOMENT I WOULD SAY its probably safe and they will send the money but I wouldnt keep any real balance on any site for a while

but now I just read Tenacious's Post and now HMMM and this site is ready to take on more customers, Im glad this is test money and nothing Im too concerned about.

Are sites allowed to send you prepaid cards with your balance on them, seems they could bypass all processors then.

I have never withdrew from poker.com but I hope it will work. If not o well it is not an amount I am too worried about losing.

There is a fee, mine was $15 although their site said it would be $20.

They wave the fee for Ether (highest VIP level) for one check a month.

I did not have the issues others are reporting. I got a check in less than a week earlier this month. I made the request and sent in my validation information on the same day. It was my first withdrawal, and opened the account right after BF.

Yes all is good here. Heading to Vegas in 12 days, and excited about that! Mostly playing half pot limit badugi on carbon now. Tilt hurts more on pot-limit than limit!

I have written the FT money off. Would be nice to still get though.

Well I was going to cancel my withdrawl and today I got a notice saying it was approved, SO lets see how long approved to getting a check takes but as long as I get the money, then I will say I feel the site is safe, well for now safe

Well, I finally got my approval after 7 1/2 weeks, so check should be here soon, my advice if you deposit - just know that your withdrawal could take a week, months, or longer, in this topsy turvy online poker world anything could happen. If I ever win a freeroll that meets the qualification of a withdrawal I will be do so immediately, but I will not be redepositing now time soon on Carbon, unless they can improve thier processes.

OK Wow its like nothing than everything, I have received the check today and deposited so as long as it clears I think Its ok it just might take over a month which is NOT GOOD but I got my check

I got my check also but had to have it fowarded to me, it appears though I changed my address and carbon stated they sent it to new address they obviously dont talk to their processors cause it went to the old address, but I have good neighbors and they sent it to me. Moving on now, no more Carbon deposits and unless I win a freeroll no more withdrawals, they are tooooo iffy
