Can you get a first deposit bonus on poker stars and full tilt?

I've already used my first deposit bonus code on poker stars and was wondering if I would now be able to make a first deposit on full tilt poker and try to clear it. Neither of the accounts are linked yet but I will want to link them at some point.







also another question that's not relevant to the thread. my FT and ps usernames are different but do stars allow me to change my full tilt screen name for when I eventually link the accounts together?
