Can you do transfers on Titan?

Does anyone know if you can do player-to-player transfers on Titan?.. and if so what is the procedure?

Or maybe I need to make an arrangement to get on a HU table with someone and then just transfer that way (although there'd be a transfer fee (rake) ).

But u now how when u sign up u can choice your currency($ or euros) if you have $ picked u cant to a transfer with some one that has euros and vice versa.

This is correct, Both accounts must be using the same currency,
i.e. $US - $US, Euro's - Euro's, GBP - GBP.
Also take note of what is on the pic below.
