| Cake Money Night Football Promotion Gone in Week 4 of NFL!?!? Uhm, I was playing the 7:30PM CST $22 MTT on Cake called Money Night Football; finish in the top 50 and get into a $2K freeroll on the weekend. It ran for 3 weeks and now it just disappeared. No mention of it on 2plus2 or anywhere on cake's website. They just flushed it down the memory hole. The only thing I can come up with is they weren't getting enough players in the freerolls. Even though the top 50 got an entry, somehow only 25 or 30 people were actually playing those Freerolls. I mincashed $160 on one of them. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to playing tonight! |

| They screwed up the format and weren't following their own posted guidelines. They were getting plenty of players to play the $20+2 buy-ins on Monday... much more than their guarantee, which was set to cut in half this month. They weren't pre-registering the players into the bonus freeroll or awarding the top 10 places, as the terms of the promotion stated. I inquired about this last week, and now they shut it down instead. |

| Well, this was a promotion they screwed up from the start. Even if they only meant it to be one month, they didn't deliver what they promised at any point. I understand t&c's can change, but then they're obligated to show that it was changed and not misrepresent themselves. They didn't do that. They promised something their system couldn't handle. |
