| Building My Bankroll Hello everyone just thought id share with you all a little update on how I have been doing lately, I took a nice break from poker, spent time with family and friends and took care of some things in my life. I made my return on Monday, May 28 2007 I only played a few games on Monday but it was not a bad return I ended with more money then I started. Tuesday I decided to start tracking everything I did in my blog so that I knew each and every game I played and how I did. I started Monday with $10 and now I have $15.84 and I am playing a $1.75 18 player(turbo) game. I am going to be playing games that show proper bankroll management meaning I will not move up a level untill I have the proper bankroll to do so. You can check all my updates on my blog, and I will be hanging around the fourms a bit every day. Take care everyone and have a great day! Best Of Luck To You All |

there really is no level you are bankrolled for at $10 so you really can not say you are going to try to bankroll manage. It is just silly to assume you are going to try to bankroll manage with $10. The general rule is you can not put more then 1% - 5% in a sit in go or tourney. You are putting 10% minimum here, but again there is no games you can play. you should wait till you have like $100 + till you say you are going to do good bankroll manage. You should just be having fun with the $10 and if you get to $100 great then start your blog and bankroll manage. |

| That's the thing - there is no avoiding getting unlucky. The reason people practice proper BR management is to make sure that when they do get unlucky, they have enough in the bank to take the hit with ease. Take $50 from a paycheck, deposit it, then play the $1.75s and you'll see the beats won't hurt nearly as much. glgl. |

And most importantly, have fun with it. |

| The 45 player MTTs on PokerStars are right up your alley if you like medium size tournaments. The 18s don't pay enough IMO (only 4 spots for 2 fulls tables). People seem to donk out more readily in the 45s, so getting top 7 is generally pretty easy and the pay for the top 2 is 10-14x buy-in. |

| Yeah I've finally been able to get started on Full Tilt, I did a $2 heads up game just for fun. Had it down to the wire multiple times, but PL hold em is tough. Just doing .05/.10 games for now, donig good, built up to $15 with that. I love Poker. |
