Bodog tournament credits - how long to show up in account?

I just qualified through a satellite for Bodog's $250K Guaranteed tournament tomorrow. However, my account is showing a balance of 0 tournament credits (there should be 270) and I'm not showing as being registered for the $250K either.

Is this typical and does it take awhile for tournament credits to show up in the account, or do I need to email Bodog and see what's up?

That's what I initially thought... that they should be there right away. Strange that they wouldn't be, unless someone is crediting them manually. I sat at a table, logged out and logged back in, nothing.

I think I'll email them tonight if the credits don't show up.

I'd call them directly

Bodog has pretty good customer support if you get the right person. If the person who answers does not seem to understand you. I'd hang up and call back. There are a couple of really good customer service reps there.

Open your account page where your balances are. Sometimes they put it in there before it shows up on your software lobby page.

I've won those credits twice and had no problems.

Not there.

I hate calling but will do it tomorrow if things aren't straightened out by then.

I'm thinking it could be an issue with the large number of seats that were distributed in the qualifier. There were 100 seats guaranteed, but only 420 players. If there hadn't been a guaranteed number of seats only 42 seats would have been given away so maybe they're doing something with manual credits for the overlay??

I feel like such a paranoid freak but I really want to play that tournament.

All is well now and the T$ have hit my account:

----------------------------

Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service.

We are aware that the 250k Guaranteed - 100 Seats Guaranteed tournament was not settled correctly. Our tournament directors have been contacted and the payouts for all the winners will be issued to their accounts within the next 2 hours.

----------------------------

Now, if I can just do well in tomorrow's event!
