| Bodog Failing? Anyone else think Bodog will be going under soon? My last withdrawal took just under 2 months to arrive. Also, the 9:40 freeroll used to be $1,000 gtd, then went to $500 like the others & now it's become a satellite tourney. In short period of time, they have had millions seized by the US Govt., cut the amount of free money in half and delayed payouts. LOL, while researching the seizure, I found this quote about their "celebrity signings." Bodog is looking to make a splash at this week's second annual World Series of Poker Europe. Bodog's celebrity poker players include a man who has starred in granny porn, a Survivor loser and last year's APT champion Yevgeniy Timoshenko. I have never heard of that particular movie genre but it's a sad statement about humanity that it even exists. In retrospect, I do not really believe that Bodog will go under, so much as they are now a viable acquisition target for a small to mid-sized poker room looking to grow. Oh well. At least I cleared my BR from there. |

| Yea, I see bodog going under soon in the american market I predict they will close their doors to american players by the end of the NFL and college football season. Its funny becuase the (bodog pros) have small limit tables. evelyn ng pro table is 2/4 limit.. lol I have cleared my BR there and now juz play the tournys with my player points and the FR.. It took them over 2 months to send my check.. =( |

| Best Tournies I would jump from Bodog except that it's the site of the best CardsChat tournies. But maybe I should withdraw everything except a couple hundred bucks. That will give me twenty shots in the CardsChat tournies. If I can't cash in twenty tries, then I probably shouldn't be playing. Isn't there another withdrawal method for Americans that is quicker? | the only time withdraws take long is through the mail, hook up your account to your credit card. and don't complain that they dropped their freerolls, its free money and you're upset that there isn't enough of it, get over it. these freerolls make it possible for you to play in real-money games |

| BODIZZLE Hey guys, besides all this stuff, I am an avid BODOGGER as some of you might know, just a little heads up. I received a check from them as I normally do, about a week ago, and for the first time the check BOUNCED! They sent me a check for a measly $600 US and it was no good, now I am not going to go into detail about the headache I went through to resolve this mess but just beware! Especially if the check is from Washington Mutual in Miami Florida.. Foldthat |

| re: Bodog Failing? poker I too have heard that it takes weeks to get a check from Bodog. I just deposited a couple of times through Western Union and established a financial pattern with Bodog through WU. Having done that I withdrew $1700 and the withdrawal process took less than 2 days for me to have my money in hand. And no, that was not my entire BR. I think Bodog is doing just fine. As a matter of fact, I tend to move money from my "iffier" poker room accounts to Bodog because it is easiest and cheapest way for me to withdraw. And no, I do not have any interest in Bodog except as a player. |

I couldn't care less about the amount of the freerolls. The purpose was to demonstrate a business that is cutting it's expenses at the same time it's losing customers. |
