bodog bonus new player inv

so iam on the phone making my initial deposit and the lady tells me about the new player invitational...but she doesnt tell me the correct policy...she tells me that i can still play after making my deposit until i finish in the top 5 and get the bonus...so i make my deposit and finish in the money...and i no longer qualify for the bonus...I wouldnt have made the deposit if i had known the details...I quess this is my fault b/c if after i looked into the bonus it does state before deposit on there site...but we have a few issues...i called again a few hours l8ter after i made my deposit b/c it wouldnt let me in..and i told the lady i made a deposit already and was told again until i finish top 5 i can still play...I talked to a manager and he stated since i was miss informed i might still get the bonus b/c its on record that i was miss informed...should they make good on my bonus?
