| Unfortunately, Bodog has gotten involved with a bad money-processing company called Nucharge. Nucharge was until a few days ago the only withdrawal option for U.S. Bodog players other than check, which can take a very lengthy time. Bodog promised Nucharge was the answer, but something has gone terribly wrong. Some users of Nucharge waited 2 months for ACH withdrawals to hit their bank accounts, then the money was returned to their Nucharge accounts. Nucharge originally claimed 3-5 business days for echeck withdrawals to hit their banks, then kept increasing the time span until it reached 20 days, then increased that to 20 business days. When the latest fiasco hit about 2 weeks ago, and all the money that was waiting in all the people's Nucharge accounts to hit their bank accounts came back to Nucharge, it was at first possible to re-deposit into Bodog, then close the Nucharge account, then ask for a check from Bodog, that's the route I took. But a couple days later, that option was closed off. The option many people took was to ask for a bank wire withdrawal (as opposed to the ACH method), which had a modest fee, but was only supposed to take a week or so, but now the word from every single person I've heard of who've tried that method are still waiting, some as many as 15 days and still nothing. It smells like a huge scam to me, but Bodog continues to claim that this problem is only a temporary technical problem. Bodog has taken the Nucharge option off the site as both a deposit or withdrawal option resulting in possibly hundreds of thousands or maybe millions of dollars that folks have stuck in Nucharge. Many report they can't even log into their accounts. Many have 4 or 5K stuck, one user reports 45K stuck in Nucharge. If Nucharge is a scam operation, there's no reason to think Bodog is part of the scam, but it makes me wonder, could it be possible? Could Bodog and Nucharge be one and the same company? I hope not. |

| I HAVE SPENT THE AFTERNOON TRYING TO PLAY THERE. Don't know what is up with their software, but I downloaded it from here just like the post said. I even got a $5 real money credit to play with (not $10 as stated). But everytime I tried to register in a tourney I got a screen to re-enter all my info, over and over and over again. Whats up with that site??? |

| Just played my first card chat $100 freeroll there today, cashed pretty good considering I had to leave 2 hours into the game... wonder what would have happend if I'd been able to stick around and play! Took that money into a cash game and trippled it in under an hour. Good luck guys, AD |

| the bad: 1. No chat for railbirds so forget about posting an "I'm doing good come watch" thread here. 2. No player to player transfer. So if you want to trade someone x dollars on FT for x dollars on BD, forget it. 3. Beyond horrible players = increased variance (and increased profit!), but you have to be able to emotionally/psychologically handle the beats. The pros: 1. "Beginner" sngs, where the prize pool is very flat and the top five of nine get something. 2. Good sports book, if you bet on things like football (or mma and NHL)... 3. Horrible players (but see above caveat). 4. Friday cardschat game at 5pm EST. |

| I have never had a problem with them. The 1rst time I withdrew my check took 6 weeks to arrive. Then again they did say it would take an average of 30 business days. The second time It only took about a week(was the week before Thanksgiving). One great thing about them is you can use a credit or debit card(as I did)and you don't have to use a "middle man" company. The bank statement I received said :$20 debit for "flowers inc.",or something like that. As far as the quality of players go you can't get much worse(at the low levels I play at).If I can beat these games, anyone who is a slightly above average player or better should have no problem. Customer service is spectacular. They have to be the best in the business from what I've seen. AG mentioned the sportsbook, which is sweet.I love to bet NFL(although it kills my BR sometimes)for fun. Also if ya like to gamble their casino games are very cool. Anyway I give Bodog a big thumbsup. |

| Bodog is far and away my preferred site for poker. My wife LOVES the Casino (video poker games). She actually hit a RF on 25 cent video poker several months ago and won $1000 (we cashed that out). Since then she fritters away my freeroll winnings on 5 cent video poker but hey...we have FUN on Bodog. Also customer support by phone is without a doubt the BEST of any site I know. |

I'd be getting in far more trouble with a bank statement that said 'flowers inc' than 'wild supa-loose gambling' |

| re: Bodog? Anything bad? poker bodog uses site bots to fleece you out of money.there tournaments are a complete joke, several multi accounters who work as teams, then you have to play aginst the site bots in tournys too. if you are ahead in a hand they will cheat you..there is no winning on bodog..their book is great and live betting is great.. but you might as well stick the money your thinking about putting into bodog poker into the casino and play slots you actually have a better chance of winning.(funny huh, how chances are better at a slot machine then they are on this cheat site)..they need to do away with all their employees and start a new as it is their employees just like absolute that does most of the cheating.. STAY AWAY FROM BODOG POKER YOU WILL LOSE |

| Yeah, there is just something about bodog that doesnt really sit right with me. I did play on there exclusively for about 3 years, but i am just not a fan of the play on there. I have heard the thing about the bots, not sure if its true, but i cant rule it out either. There are some weird things that go down on that site. |

| just that when i win there. i go and blow all my money in there CASINO. thats the only problem i have with Bodog. dam if the casnio would just payout as good as the poker site. it is one of the best casnios on the net. |

| Exactly the same here! I blew $450 on their 3 card poker! Obviously not their problem, but still, more outlets for them to take money. I will never play their casinos games anymore, strictly because its a flash game that can easily be rigged. Not playing against anyone, just a flash game run by people that make money off you losing. Hmmm |

Yeah, couldnt be your play of course??? Ive had better luck at BD than I do at FT. I think the play is weaker there but dont like there lack of MTT's or how long it takes a SnG to fill up at the higher buyins. Seems like an 18 person sng never fills up anything over $10. Last year I had some payouts that took a good two months to arrive by mail but since then seems like it's down to two weeks or so. Overall I like the Site. |

| I play almost excusivly at Bodog and I am up over $1200 in the last 2 months so needless to say I am pretty happy. My main complaint is I seem to freeze up about once a tournament for about 3 minutes? This can obviously really suck if you have a good hand or are going through the blinds. I have started using disconnection protection and it has helped, still annoying though. |

) I agree with the comments about bodog's connection problems. I have FAR more connection issues with them than all of the other poker sites combined, which is a shame because I like playing bodog. I just hate to get much money involved in a tourney with the worry that the connection might be lost at any time, even if my computer shows that I've got "excellent" connection to my wireless signal. |
