bo dog like it or not?

i just started to play on bo dog and ive noticed that there are alot of people calling with draws for allins and out drawing? I know that everyone says that everysite is about the same but for some reason i feel like this one is more condoned to either people catchign their draws or calling an all in for their draws??

from a rating of 1-10 10 being the best i would rate bo dog a 4

I haven't played on bodog, but they have a reputation for having a lot of people that just flat out gamble.

I call this the mob effect. You have alot of people seeing flops. Someone will get a draw. If EVERY time there is a draw and nobody lays it down, you are going to see all the bad beats and catching up. If you pay more attention and kept track I bet it is about right percentage wise but it looks bad becuase every draw is played out. On some hands there can be flush and striaght draws out there, that really increases the odds of someone hitting.

As someone who actually did donk out to buck in that freeroll, his post made me smile. We both had top pair Q's, but my kicker was worse if i remember.

While I have had zero success in tourneys on Bodog I do amazingly well in the SnG's there, it just takes some patience and slightly above average play. Some of the things you point out in the original post make it easy to do well imo.

^^ this. The thread title "Bodog- Like it or Not" I can answer easily enough-NOT REALLY. I find the interface kinda clunky, and except for CC events hardly ever play there.

It is really hard for me to stare at bodogs software for more than an hour. I have only played there a bit and to me, the players seemed just the same as on any other site.

I just started on bodog a few days ago, and I guess it's alright. I was having depositing problems on fulltilt so I decided to try bodog. So far, up 200..so we'll see how it goes.

On bodog there are many donks. For good players it can be advantageous. Not the best interface or graphics, but information display is decent.

I realized I never answered the Question...The graphics need to be improved but the Comp is Full of so many Donks its a tough balance..But The reason why I would say I dont like it there that much now is the Payouts are slower then they were in the Past esp since now you cannot have Western Union has a Payout option..So I would have to give it a below average rating because of this
