Biggest Question I have!

Why do some poker sites like Everest, Sun Poker, Bodog, just to name a view not allow certain countries like the U.S. or for Bodog Canadians play at their sites?

1. Is it because they don't like us or don't like dealing with us?

2. Is it the money currency differences?

3. Depositing opitions or different banks?

Please voice your opinion and/or state one of the options that you think is the reason for this.

Bodog PokerBodog Poker is one of the few poker sites accepting US players that also offers a Sportbook and online casino games.

Full Tilt PokerFull Tilt Poker accepts US players. Use Full Tilt Poker referral code CARDSCHAT for a $600 bonus and to play poker games that the pro's play.

google UIEGA, thats the big reason in the US.

And no, it's not illegal in the US, although in certain select states it is illegal.

Although I may have it wrong in the fine print, it's not illegal in the US either.

It's only illegal for US banks and financial institutions to facilitate the movement of money in and out of Online Poker sites.

That being said, it seems that the US Congress has conceded that the law making the transfer of money illegal is unenforceable.

Someone please jump in and correct me if I'm wrong. It's not like it would be the first time.
