Best use of Stars FPPs for cash game players Hi everyone, I play probably 95% cash games on Stars and was just wondering what other cash game players there think is the best use of their FPPs. I mean you can't really use them to buy into cash games (unfortunately), so aside from purchasing stuff from Stars, what do you think is the best use of your FPPs. Specifically, which tournaments do you think would present the best value for a cash gamer who isn't particularly adept at tournaments? Thanks

I used to play in the 250fpp sattys to the Sunday million (or quarter mil??) They are 18 man and top 6 get paid just play tight as f**k and when you get a premium pair just shove, no AK/AQ mind, just big pairs. People call you with all sorts and if you double up you can probs sit out to the money as the end game in these is full of idiots who have no clue about satellite strategy, once seen someone on the bubble go from chip leader by far to bubble boy in about 5 hands. Save up 1k fpps and play 4 at once to keep it interesting, I haven't got my db from when I was at pokerstars but I used to cash in about 60-70% in these and then you just unregister and sell the tournament dollars, simples

re: Best use of Stars FPPs for cash game players poker And there's no need to be a tourney player r for those either, as long as you play like a rock.in the early stages and then have some clue about push-fold end game stuff then you should be fine

Thanks all. Some really good tips here. I do buy all the cash bonuses when they become available, plus the occassional random ones they offer. Also buy ther occassional book, etc. Was really aiming at what you thought the best tournies would be. Orange, I really like your idea. I've considered those exact tournies. I've never gone about unregistering and selling $tournament though. Is it an involved process? Is there a sort-of website clearinghouse/marketplace to do this, or do you just do it internally through Stars? Thanks again for the help/suggestions.
