Best Site to grind out at the cash game

I know this is a subject that has been adressed before but here I go again.

Im going to stay at FullTilt becuase I like their MTTs and the way you can find any tourney at any time. However Im not a winning cash player there (probably becuase Im not very good at the cash game but Im wanting to change that).

What I'd like to do is find another site to deposit maybe $50 and be dilligent to improve my cash game.

Would love any suggestions on which sites might be softer at the cash games and a good direction to grind.
