Beaten twice by my good lady!

first time we've played together in tourneys!
gutted that she's beaten me both times!
first one was $2 rebuy, we each paid a total of $6, and both missed out only just.
second one was $2 freezout, so we are not down too much in money overall

nah mate, this victor chandler site would see through us like a window straight away. things is, im fiercely competitive at things Im good at, poker(ok, im average) and pool(im good), so i love to beat her at both, slaughtered her at pool earlier, guess she got her own back. it was nice for both of us to hit the money!

Thats cool KD. My wife and I played some heads up and I kicked her butt bad but she is still learning. No taking it easy here. lol

Not if she is like me, I married the first guy who consistantly beat me at games, After testing quite a few, I finally found a guy with brains and skill and ...umm other important things...yeah.....anyway...I'll shush up before you get the wrong impression about me.

nice lol. . . my wife and i play some heads up when we're bored sometimes too. i'm getting a little worried that i'm a better teacher than is good for me though. . . i'm used to kicking her butt every time, and we'll talk about hands and how they could have been played differently, but she beat me for the first time recently - then went on to beat me again in the very next game. then we played with friends a few days later (this was her first time playing with someone other than me) and she came in second (to someone other than me lol). . .

even at the poker table i shouldn't forget that my better half will end up getting the best of me in the long run lol. . .

well, we've set a date for the wedding, august the 1st next year. she's the only girl i've ever wanted to marry.I knew she was the one from the moment I met her.
we row just like other couples, but whilst other couples argue about work, money, kids, etc, our rows take the following route:
Me, 'you have to raise in late position with AKos to show strength at the table'.
Her, 'I agree, but sometimes if the table is tight it's better to limp in, and come out all guns blazing when the flop hits!'.

yeah, we're looking at making the day our own. get married in this beautiful mansion near us, then reception in hotel overlooking the beach at torquay. im gonna go swimming in the sea in the evening, followed by frisbee and soccer on the beach, them a game or two of holdem in the reception room.
