Average wait for a response at Full Tilt Poker

So I am trying not to be impatient. I sent support an email on 1/13/08.
I still have not heard back from them. Is this uncommon?
In the past 24hrs would be the longest I would ever wait for a response.
What have your experiences been with a FTS response time lately?

I cant even access the email support to complain

It depends entirely on what you e.mail about in my experience. I e.mailed about collusion, they responded within a couple of hours. Then I asked about the 'bot' scandal and whether I was due and cash reimbursed... 3 days! Then I e.mailed about recieving rake-back (three times) was ignored on 2 occasions and got a reply after 4 days on the third!
So I guess it depends on if its going to cost them anything and how much work is involved! FT customer support suck, i'm looking at moving to stars.

In general, it takes a few hours not much more than that. They probably have a little problem this journey, I dont know.

Usually depends on the subject (as noted earlier above). Full Tilt's support teams are not the brightest bulbs in the lamp.

I don't find cause to e-mail support very often, but Tilt's average response time for me has been 24-36 hours. Seldom less than 24 unless it's a funds transfer.
