AP/UB 8-Game

Today I played in an 8-game tourney at AP/UB. The rotation was very good and it was free from tourney fees. I am sure this is promotional since the tourney is new but it was fun to play this for a buck rake free.

The rotation is also very good and goes like this

PLO8
Stud
LO8
Stud 8
PLHE
PLO

I finished 32 out of 80+ registered. Gonna try it again tomorrow if they have it.

And what time, est if you know it. I love the other variants of poker, and those are in small doses which I like better.

Usually the entry for FREEROLLS be less than $1 Poofster. I could be wrong, but I think they are called FREEROLLS cause...........

ya i like how ub does the mixed games idk why but just seems they do it better then tilt n stars

Game was $1 and was at 2pm EST

They've had 8-game for at least two years, they played it in the UBOC two years ago at least.

UB has tried to expand its game market beyond hold'em for a long time. I can talk your ear off about it if you like.

Ultimatebet has tried to expand its game market beyond hold'em for a long time. I can talk your ear off about it if you like.

Unfortunately it is not on the roster for today unless they changed the time and it already happened I am not seeing it for 2PM EST today

They might be trying to find the right time or it could have been a one off. I hope they have it again.

2 years ago I too loved the multi-games at UB. Then they did something truly stupid, but they seem to do that well anyway.

They changed the table so that it was nearly impossible, and damn inconvenient, to see which game was being played.

Both Tilt, and Stars display the name of the game right smack in your face.

If this has changed, and UB has redone the table so that this is the case, then I will return to UB.

I have not seen this tourney again since. Too bad. I would have played it every day.
