Anything different/new for pokerstars this year?

Hi all.

First of, happy new year all. I hope you had a good one!

I was just wondering if there are any new things happening this year with pokerstars and the VIP status or anything really I guess that anyone knows of? I've not seen anything said thats all!

I know last year they increased the amount of vpp's that you would earn being a micro player. They also lowered the requirements to achieve silver/gold/platinum status. They probarly did some other things but of the top of my head I can't remember, so anyone with any input on this it would be great.

Yup a few things the only things I am sure about are the 100 000 vpp milestone bonus has been replaced with a 200$ stellar reward when you reach 100 000vpp's, and also when you hit supernova elite you now have the option to take 20k instead of the tournament buy-ins/10k options. If you really want to know check the pokerstars vip info page on their website.
