Is anyone still waiting to get paid for their 'Biggest bonus ever'? (Full tilt)

My 'Biggest Bonus Ever' ended 3 days ago, but I am awaiting my 'Biggest bonus ever' payment. I only managed $31 of my $100 bonus, but the site promised to pay out a pro rated amount for whatever you earned. Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to come into my account?

It is paid in $10 increments and you should have received it as you earned it. You would only get $30 of the $31.

I assumed they were paying it as I earned it and it was released in $10 increments. Haven't really paid attention that closely though.

Some of the offers were in increments others as a lump sum at the end. I don't know how long after completion its supposed to take, sorry.

I only managed to clear $20.00 but, like dakota mentioned, it was paid in $10 increments and was released immediately. I didn't realize some were paid in lump sums. Why would they do that?

I did not get paid in $10 increments either. I earned just shy of $20 in total and my bonus period ended early Saturday morning. I sent them an email yesterday but haven't heard back yet.

Are you not supposed to have the dollars you earned by the 4th of september? Or can you get them before that?

edit: It depends on when you self started the bonus , you will have your money 30 days after you accepted the bonus it says what date/time it is @ my promotions.

Mine says it is paid out in a lump sum at the end of the 30 days, and was not released in $10 increments. It's been 2 days now since mine ended, but haven't seen the money yet. It may take a few days, but I wouldn't worry. I doubt an email will expedite matters, as I'm sure they are swamped.

So, everybody knows that tilt was running the biggest bonus ever thing. I got a 100 dollar bonus that was suppose to be awarded at the end of august. I didn't earn all of the points to get the full 100 dollars but I got like half of it. it was supposed to be awarded at a prorated amount. I have yet to recieve it. I've emailed them 3 times in the last three days and have yet to recieve a response to any of them. This is pissing me off.

Has anybody else had any problems getting thier bonus?

Also, this just dawned on me....I think the bonus is meant to run for 30 days from when you accept. Are you positive that yours has ended? At first I thought it just ended at the end of August (36 crazyfists) but realized that I signed up on the 3rd and would have until September 3rd to clear the bonus.

Aren't Full Tilt bonuses awarded as they're cleared? I've been clearing one since early August and have been paid out $10 at a time as I accumulate enough points. Check your bonus account -- it should tell you how much has been earned and how much released.

I got that but mine is set for mid september, are you sure you have the date right?

started mine on the sixth and it ends the fifth. It was released in 10 dollar increments.Hope to get at least 10 more.Did u guys see the new thing take 2?????????????

I have been receiving mine in $10 increments as I cleared it. And mine doesn't end until Sept 15th since I didn't sign up until Aug 16th.

Check your dates - and also make sure it hasn't been paid to you in $10 increments already. Either way - you will get it so I wouldn't get too worked up over it. As long as it says on your promotion page that you cleared it you are fine. It is a huge promotion and I would give them time to sort it out.

the last possible date to accept the bonus was aug 14th ...maybe they are waiting until sept 15 to pay pro rated stuff.?

mine was to be paid at the end of the promotion. It ended on the 30th. I've checked my transaction history repeatedly and I've received nothing.

I also can't access any info regarding the bonus in my promotions. It's just gone.

The emails I've sent are not being returned and I'm getting confirmation emails saying that they received them but it's been five days since I sent my first one and still nothing.

I'm going to send them another email in a few minutes. That will make four.

I think if you go to Cashier, then History, then Past Transactions, it will show you if anything has been deposited to your account. At least it's showing me the last $25 Take 2 bonus deposit on there.

I don't have any of the Biggest Bonus deposits but I don't think I even made it to $10 so not sure if I was due the $8 or so I generated.

I got mine in $10 increments as well.

You probably need to be more patient, chief. I think Full Tilt support consists of one little old lady working part-time. It takes them a significant fraction of a lifetime to respond to an email in normal circumstances. If they are busy you may wait until October and, if the little old lady has gone for her summer vacation, expect nothing this year.

...and sending multiple emails for the same issue just makes her busier.

Well it shouldn't take five days to respond to one email let alone 4. It's shotty business at best.

True - but sending multiple ones still only makes it worse and it is not likely to help you at all.

I would give them a few more days then try again if you have not heard back.

well deb, it seems my emails had some impact because about 30 seconds ago they credited my account with my bonus.

Some peeps were paid in $10.00 Increments(I was)

Some were paid instantly upon completion

And some will be paid after completion

It may depend on whether you were a depositor and what level you were.

You will get paid...it sounds like it will take a few days

Mine ends in a couple of days, haven't received any increment payments yet.

The page says you receive it immediately if you clear the whole amount or "as a pro-rated amount at the end of the 30 day clearance period if you do not earn all of your points".

I figure it's money for nothing and I can be patient.

Doesn't it seem odd that they would deliberately disperse the money two different ways? Although it seems unlikely to be the result of some kind of error. But then how, and why, did they choose to have people receive payouts differently? I still haven't received any money, or a response to my email that I sent Monday. I'm not angry, but I'm not happy about it either.
