Played there last night for .20 buyin with a first place worth $120 and less than 200 players. Fishy?

20 cent buyin with around 20 cashing, top prize was around 120 bucks with only 200 players. Maybe there was a lot of RA goin on.

Unfortunately, Cake network had an excellent shot at being a great poker room/network. At one point it was a growing favorite of pros and others alike and was experiencing tremendous growth as the alternative market. Management just plain blew it apparently and over the past 12-18 months this Network has seen the rats leaving way faster than from a sinking ship.

Still, as the options shrink for US players, they may yet have another chance to catch on

On Cake HUD is not working so there is not so much regulars. When I was playing there 2 months ago, there were many many fishes

non existent from what I have seen

Total traffic varries around 1500 -3000 people at any one time. Cash games pretty much always have nlh available ...plo8 is medium available but very few tables ... plo rarely available ... everything else (stud) no action.

Errr wait limit holdem has some action, but I filtered that out.

I only really use it to play the Cardschat games but I do like the site and maybe give it a more serious go on PLO cash or some MTT's.

Is cake really an option for low stake and micro FR sng players? I usually play with a HUD but can do without one.

Is cake good for fast cashouts?

I used to play at cake alot. I get up a few hundred in hrs. Then I would get greedy and lose my wins in minutes. Its like a roller coaster ride for me. I cant seem to keep my bankroll there. There are alot very loose players there. I play the low limits in ring games.

obv no BRM skills you should read and follow the advice for bank roll management or it will always be a roller coaster ride . just saying......

looking for the CC sign up code now so I can play there too .

Never tried myself because of the $500 minimum ... hear its slow even if you meet that requirement.

Payouts for US players are currently running 3 - 4 months time.

If someone is hellbent on playing at Cake Network, its a must to join a skin with their own reputable processing. Intertops would be a reliable option, also I believe that RedStar just segregated their cashier.
