| Another change I also noticed that Full Tilt has modified its daily USA freeroll. It has upped the prize pool to $250 from $100. However, the maximum number of players has increased by nearly 5000 to a whopping 7500. Is it worth it to even play now? I mean FT is cleaning up with its rake and most of it is from the USA. So they reward us with a $250 freeroll that requires someone to beat 7499 other residents in order to win $25 . Based on FT's 2700 player freebies that take 4+ hours to complete, one is looking at 6,7,8 hours of card watching to take the title. Unless I am under house arrest or it is the dead of winter I think I will pass. Not to mention the thing doesn't start until 8 pm my time. YIKES!!!!! |

| Well, to answer the question asked, no, it isn't worth playing these tournaments. There's way too many people, and going from 2500 to 7500 is a bigger increase than the increase in the prize pool. Unfortunately these freerolls don't really bring either quality players or quality play. You're better off playing with people risking their money, even if it's small stakes. |
