American Players should not play in DoylesRoom in my opinion

No. It's because their payout system is so f@*&^%$ horrible. Here's the story. I deposited 30 dollars through rakeback site. I got it upto 150 dollars. Decided to withdraw it because I mostly play on full tilt and didn't like the pragram interface but wanted to see how rakeback system works. It took them literally 6 weeks to give my check of 140 dollars(there was $10 processing fee). They kept excusing their delay by saying some bs about American law on gambling that's preventing them. Full Tilt wires it to your bank within 10 days. I withdrew from Full Tilt about 5 times and got it in less than a week. I just got my check yesterday. And I'm not even sure if it's going to bounce back or not. I do not feel comfortable too.

Advice to every Americans. Do not play in Doylesroom. I like Doyle Brunson but his site is horrible. Choose other sites like full tilt, pokerstars just like everyone else.

I do not know how convenient the payout system is for Europeans and other countries but for Americans, payout method is very limited and very inconvenient.

Hmm I never play on that site. I only heard of it when I started joining the forums site but I will stick to Full Tilt and Ultimatebet thank you

Thanks for the info, I still might play on it but this definitely is a good reason to not play on it.

I do not know if I should retract this thread. I just received Super System I and II through mail. I was not aware of this and it was sitting in front of my house. I got it with Doyle's autograph, signed in green pen. I'm surprised. I do not know how I should respond to this. Regardless of their horrible payout system, I profited from this site. Only depositing 30 dollars, I withdrew 150 bucks(getting 140 dollars, profit of 110 dollars) with two books of Super System I and II.

That's very nice of Doylesroom to do that..but thats horrible you had to wait four weeks!
They are doing whatever they can to catch up to tilt and pokerstars ehhh...

Yeah, I am kind of disappointed that Doyle would put his name on such a low quality site. Oh well, he is about to kick the bucket anyways so might as well get those dollars while you can

Ok,before seeing this post,I made a withdrawl,check by regular mail on Wednesday,oct 28th from Doylesroom.So lets see how long it takes for my check to arrive.I will make a post in this thread when I recieve it.
On the other hand if you use Pic-club to withdraw from Doyles,it only takes 24 hours,very fast.,but withdrawing from Pic-club takes 30+days or longer.

I've had a few problems with DoylesRoom in the past but none recently. I too deposited only around $35 (to play the Bounty for free.. and also so that I could withdrawl from my account as I had money in there which I had initially won from a couple of freerolls).
I don't really like the site too much since they've changed over to join with Cake network..... but really haven't given it a good go yet either (usually just use it to bash around at micro cash tables).
Nice score on the autographed books!!

Their software is also horrible, same as PlayersOnly, Sportbooks, etc. etc. When I was running uTorrent I couldn't even stay connected whereas on Full Tilt and PokerStars it just causes slight lag.

The only issue I've ever had with DR is slow cashouts. They always got there. But over a week for a ewalletxpress cashout.

The do use their own cashier, where many cake skins use a turnkey program that uses cake's cashier.

On the plus side of DR. When Party Poker shut for US peeps, they matched my Party VIP level when they were on the tain network (sighhh. I miss that place). And they have kept my RB status even since they moved to Cake.

If you can be patient with the cashier. They have some good promo's and their bounty MTT is a good one, and free entry for your 1st one (used to be, not sure if it still is).
